SUNIA is a volunteer-run educational non-profit and a registered Canadian charity. We make every effort to minimize costs in order to keep our fees low.

Our early bird pricing for SUNIA is $645 until June 30th. Regular pricing is $695.

A payment is due at the time of registration by either online via e-transfer, using a credit card (through Stripe), or by cheque. If you do not pay at the time of registration, you will be required to pay the fee associated with the date you submit your payment. Requests for deferrals, payment plans or financial aid will be granted at the discretion of the Registrar, and are available for request within the online registration form.

Please note that there is a Stripe processing fee for online payments. Use e-transfer or mail a cheque to avoid the processing fee.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• For requests received prior to July 1st 2024: $100 of your initial payment will be kept by SUNIA as a processing fee that will not be returned.

• For requests received on or after July 1st 2024: None of the initial payment of will be refunded.

buddy discount

SUNIA is a registered charity and we strive to find ways to make our program as affordable as possible. As a part of those efforts, this year we are offering a buddy discount.

Bring a friend to SUNIA and you can both save an extra $50! After registering, you or your buddy will fill out a form provided by our Registrar, and each will receive a $50 return from their registration fees via cheque.
