students from alberta:

It is highly recommended that students take the bus provided by SUNIA from Edmonton to Camp Bar-V-Nok. Students will meet at a public library or school on the Sunday of camp.

If you are not taking the bus, students may drive themselves or have a parent drive them to Camp Bar-V-Nok directly. Please arrive at Camp Bar-V-Nok between 1:30 and 2:00. There is a parking lot available for those needing it but please note that access to vehicles will be prohibited during the week.

students from elsewhere:

If you are coming from outside of Alberta you will need to book flights to and from Edmonton at your own cost. We recommend that you fly in the Saturday before SUNIA begins and fly out the Saturday after SUNIA ends. As SUNIA runs Sunday to Friday afternoon, this will ensure that you can catch both of your flights with ease. Please contact director@sunia.ca, if you have any questions regarding your flights.

You’ll need somewhere to stay the night before and the night after SUNIA. If you wish, we can arrange a billet for you with the family of a participant attending the same week of SUNIA as you. Please contact registrar@sunia.ca for assistance in arranging a billet.
